2018 IITI Sino-Texas Business Forum

Shell Real Estate Services is proud to work with investors from around the globe. We recently sponsored the 2018 Sino-Texas Business and Investment Forum and enjoyed spending three days with the wonderful participants and volunteers. Teresa Shell was happy to participate in the State of Real Estate Discussion Panel and offer her perspective on the real estate climate in Texas. Later in the conference, Teresa Shell and Bryce Berta gave a presentation explaining Opportunity Zone Investments and their impact on investors' capital gains liabilities and overall returns.
